Unable to see the another user request_id output after changing Concurrent:Report Access Level profile option

Hi All,

After changing Concurrent:Report Access Level profile option on User Level with "Responsibility" according the  How to View the Output of a Request Launched by Someone Else (Doc ID 413382.1).
And  I'm still  not able  to see the another user request_id output.

This is the bug in 11i.....

Here the Action Plan:

1. Backup your instance.
2. Apply Patch 8579398 - CAN'T VIEW REQUEST'S OUTPUT SUBMITTED BY OTHERS AFTER PATCH 7202163.

*** The patch address the issue that users cannot view output files from other
users under the same responsibility when profile option, report access level,

is set to responsibility.

3. Re-check the issue.
4. If the issue was resolved, move the patch to PROD instance.
